Hors D'oeuvres for Cocktail Hour

Stationary Hors D’oeuvres: (Choice of 2)

Crudites Station – Colorful Peppers, Squash, Zucchini, Celery, Baby Carrots, Broccoli Florets, Mushrooms, Anise, Cauliflower, Asparagus, and Cherry Tomatoes. Accompanied by Bleu Ranch Dressing, Cheese Dressing, or French Onion Dip.

Fresh Fruit Station – Selections of Ripe Cantaloupe, Honeydew, Watermelon, Kiwi, Golden Pineapple, Oranges, Grapes, Mango, and Fresh Berries. Served with Yogurt Dip, Raspberry, and Chocolate Dipping Sauces.

Imported and Domestic Cheese Station – French Brie, French Boursin, Classic Dutch Gouda, Maytag Bleu, Vermont White Cheddar, California Chevre with Marinated Sun Dried Tomatoes, and more, served with Fresh Fruit Garnish. Accompanied by Flatbreads, Crostini, and Assorted Bread.

Antipasto Station – Genoa Salami, Parma Prosciutto, Sharp provolone, Sopressata, Fresh Mozzarella, Mortadella, Marinated Mushrooms, Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Roasted Peppers, Imported Olives, and Focaccia Breads.

Bruschetta Station – Your guests will love customizing their bruschetta! This station includes toasted crostini, chopped multicolored cherry tomatoes, arugula, artichoke hearts, logs of goat cheese, avocado spread, chopped bell peppers, thinly sliced salami, sautéed mushrooms, pesto, and olive oil and balsamic vinegar for drizzling.

 

White Glove Passed Hot Hors D’oeuvres: (Choice of Six)

Nassau Chicken – Tender Skewered Chicken that’s Coated with Black and White Sesame Seeds, Japanese Bread Crumbs, and a Complement of Shredded Coconut.

Spinach and Artichoke Tarts – A Unique Blend of Artichokes, Spinach, and Aged Parmesan Cheese in a Flower-Shaped Tart Shell.

Beef Wellington Puffs – Hearty, Choice Filet Mignon Combined with a Savory Mushroom and Onion, Stuffed in a Puffed Pastry.

Brie and Pear Filo – A Blend of Bartlett Pears, Lightly Toasted Almonds, and Imported Brie, all Carefully Hand-Rolled into Filo Dough.

Beef Teriyaki Satay – Delicious and Tender Sliced Beef that’s Marinated in a Tangy Teriyaki Sauce, then Ribboned onto a Wooden Skewer.

Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms – A Blend of Spinach and Imported Herb Cheese Bountifully Stuffed into a Fresh Mushroom Cap.

Scallop and Bacon – A Tender White Scallop and Meaty Bacon that’s Secured on a Wooden Skewer.

Spicy Beef Purse – Juicy and Lean Cuts of Beef which are Prepared with Pepper Jack Cheese and Vegetables Enfolded in a Decorative Filo Pastry Purse.

Shepard’s Pie – A Combination of Lean Beef Sauteed with a Medley of Spices. Topped with Creamy Duchess Potatoes and Presented in a Flaky Pastry Cup.

Chicken Kabobs – An Exotic Blend of Flavors with Boneless Tender Pieces of Chicken, Skewered with Green and Red Peppers, and then Topped with Juicy Pineapple.
